 We are excited to offer the opportunity to create your own Re/lax Remade hat in conversation with our Creative Director, Karina.
Karina has specialist knowledge in vintage towels and an immense and varied collection and will be able to guide you towards the hat of your dreams.
Each Made-to-Order hat will come with a special handwritten label not seen on our readymade hats. This can be personalised with your name if you choose.
Consultation will involve email or Instagram conversations with photos, and a Zoom call if desired. This cost of the hat will be in addition to this consultation, and will be invoiced separately once the hat is completed. Once we have received your order, you will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed.
Lead time: From initial chat to receipt of final product will take up to 8 weeks, but could be as soon as 4 weeks. Please factor in holiday dates. We will be closed Dec 22 - Jan 15.

SMALL PRINT
Hats can be made in any of our existing 11 styles and 3 sizes. We cannot adjust sizing, but can change some details such as fringe and ties. Do you want a Joni with no ties? A Scout with ties? Re/lax Remade reserves the right to deny requests deemed unsuitable.
Please be aware that each hat is one of a kind; we will not be able to replicate exactly a hat we’ve made before.
Our vintage towel collection is ever changing so not all towels designs will be available at all times, and in all conditions.
Hat can only be costed once we have decided what we’re making for you, as this will depend on the towel/s and styles chosen. Please see our archives for examples of our prices. 
If the customer would like to supply their own towel, this will be factored in for a reduced cost. However, please bear in mind that not all towels are suitable, so this option will need to be discussed during the consultation.
Made-to-Order hats will not be eligible for return.
