Re/lax Remade is an Australian based company. All shipments, both international and domestic, will be tracked where the postal system enables this feature.

Free Express delivery for all Australian orders with Australia post.

Free Express delivery for all International orders over $300AUD with Australia Post and the EMS Network. DHL Express is available for an additional fee.

'Signature on Delivery' is optional for all Australian shipments. However, 'Signature on Delivery' is required for all International shipments.

For international orders, each country will have their own import Taxes and Duty, which may mean an extra cost for you on arrival, of which we can’t anticipate or be held responsible for. Please bear this in mind when ordering from countries other than Australia.

Australia participates in Free Trade agreements with some nations. The following information is useful for international orders requiring assistance to clear customs:

1. The hat may be categorised as HS Code: 6505.00.90
2. Each hat was wholly made in Australia, by a small business.
3. Each hat was handmade from start to finish.
4. The vintage fabrics used are one-of-a-kind and up cycled. 
4. Each hat is made from soft vintage fabrics sourced in piece (i.e. each towel is bought individually and cut uniquely, there is no automation). Pieces are then sewn into the final hat.
