No, we're not associated with them at all. We just love their beautiful and luxurious vintage towels!
We are not affiliated, associated, or in any way officially connected with YSL, Gucci, Pierre Cardin, Emilio Pucci, Missoni, Chanel, and any other designer brand, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates, nor do we sell their licensed end products. The names of these companies, as well as related names, marks, emblems, brands, and images, are used to identify the origin of these towels only and are registered trademarks of their respective owners. We claim no right or interest in such names, marks, emblems, brands, or images.
We're 100% independent and source our towel via secondhand marketplaces, and we don't buy direct from the original manufacturers. All products sold on this site are sold exclusively under the Re/lax Remade brand.
We accept change-of-mind returns within 10 days of receiving your hat, provided it was purchased at full price. For items bought during a sale or promotion, we offer credit notes instead.

Unfortunately I have had the problem of multiple people checking out the same hat at the same second. If this happens to you, I am so sorry. Luckily Afterpay and the banks return your payment automatically without any intervention, it just might take a few days. Please email me if you have this problem and I will help in every way I can.
Each hat is one-of-a-kind and priced individually. In general, my prices range from about $290-$1295 Australian dollars, depending on the following factors:
Design: some are more difficult to make and therefore take more time and skill.
Towel: factoring in the rareness, condition, difficulty in sourcing, price, size.
Absolutely! All my hats are unisex, but there are four styles that I think look especially great on men: Duke, Charlie, Scout and Frankie.
We take great care to correctly photograph each hat to accurately represent their colours and textures. However, perceptions may vary due to differences in screens.
All hats are already made and ready to go when purchased. Australia-wide: average 3-4 days, International: average 6-12 days.
We will post within two business days of your purchase. Our preference is to use Australia Post and the EMS network when delivering international orders. Tracking will be sent when the item is on the way.
Unfortunately we don’t have the buying power to use international couriers, so international postage speed can vary depending on your country’s postal system and customs office.
Every hat is packaged in a box to protect it during its journey. We further protect each hat with collection of light packing paper and tissue paper to secure its form. This means you can take it out and wear it with no delay!
If multiple hats are bought within the one order we will package them together in the one box. Each hat will be separated from the other with a layer of tissue paper.
Mostly it's free, when shipping with our preferred partner Australia Post!
Within Australia, postage is free over $300AUD. Below that amount a $10 fee applies.
International postage is free over $600AUD. Below that amount a $20 fee applies.
If you choose DHL Express a surplus will be charged for this service.
To protect your newly purchased hat we package them in a protective box to ensure they aren't damaged through their commute. This form of shipment does attract a higher cost than flat packed items of the same weight.
Yes, we post worldwide!
While I’m happy to post anywhere, we cannot guarantee how long it will take to reach you; this will depend on your country’s postal system and customs office.
No, unfortunately we don't offer this service as yet.
Should your purchase attract a Sales Tax and / or Duty then your Customs or Postal Service will contact you directly to pay.
So please add a phone number and email address to your order so your customs office can reach you.
