Re/lax Remade Return Policy

We strive to provide detailed imagery, size, and style descriptions to help you make an informed purchase. Please review the sizing information carefully and measure your head before ordering to ensure the perfect fit and avoid disappointment.

However, we accept change-of-mind returns under the following terms and conditions:

  • A full refund or store credit will be issued for items purchased at full price.
  • The product is not a Mystery Product purchase.
  • The product was not purchased at a Sample Sale.
  • Store credit only will be issued for items purchased on sale.
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • The hat must be returned in its original packaging, specifically the protective box it was delivered in.
  • To initiate a return, please email us at hello@relaxremade.com.au within 10 days of receiving your hat. Your email must include clear photos of the hat, showing both the interior and exterior. The hat must be unworn, undamaged, and free from marks or stains. If the hat requires repairs to restore it to a saleable condition, a fixing fee will apply based on the effort required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved and the item was not purchased during a sale, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@relaxremade.com.au.

For items purchased during a sale, a credit note will be issued instead of a refund. This will arrive via email.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@relaxremade.com.au if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to promptly evaluate the issue and work with you to find a resolution.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing justification.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn and in excellent condition.
  • All tags and packaging must remain attached.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Our gift cards comply with Australian Consumer Law and are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Gift cards have a three-year expiry period from the date of purchase.
  • Gift cards cannot be reloaded or topped up with additional value.
  • Gift cards may be used across multiple transactions until their balance is fully depleted.
  • Gift cards may be transferred or gifted to a third party.
  • Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, either in whole or in part.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned for change of mind.
